Dr Randall Jonas is the Executive Chairperson of the African Association of MBA Graduates (AAMBAG), an Associate of Capacity for Resource Management- Afrika (CARMA) and Director and Chairperson of the Board of a private company, Symposia (Pty). IN addition, he is a consultant for two private companies. He is the former Director of Nelson Mandela University Business School, the immediate past Chairperson of the National Association of Business Schools in South Africa (SABSA and the former CEO of the Eastcape Training Centre (ETC).

Currently he is the Senior Researcher for an EU Erasmus + funded transnational project in Sub-Saharan Africa and Programme Director for an innovative intermediary services and consulting company. He studied at UWC, UNISA and UPE (NMU) for his bachelors, honours and master’s degrees and completed his PhD at Nelson Mandela University. He started his 42-year career in education and training several years ago having held leadership positions at three tertiary institutions. His company received three national awards for outstanding contributions to tertiary education and training and amongst these he received a national leadership award for outstanding contribution to the private tertiary education sector.

Lauren proactively engages with all stakeholders, cocreating desired outcomes, whilst fostering meaningful partnerships.  Her experience stretches across multiple industries, both locally and internationally.

With over 12 years of experience practicing as a communications professional in diverse industries, and a sound academic background in Public Relations Management and a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, she weave together knowledge and experience to create solutions with impactful results.
